The Provider Charter

The terms applicable to independent providers who offer their services on TASKIT.

Last updated: August 13, 2026

This Provider Charter (the “Charter”, formerly referred to as the “General Provider Conditions — CGP”) governs the relationship between the TASKIT. platform and the independent service providers who register on it to offer their services to the platform's users.

They supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of the contractual framework applicable to the use of the platform.

The Provider carries out their activity as an independent professional, whether a natural person (in particular a self-employed entrepreneur, artisan or independent worker) or a legal entity.

Registering on the platform and using its services do not create any relationship of subordination, employment, agency or representation between TASKIT. and the Provider.

The Provider remains solely responsible for complying with all of their legal, tax, social, administrative and regulatory obligations, in accordance with applicable law and the legal status under which they operate.

The Provider retains full freedom in organising their activity, in particular as regards their availability, the acceptance or refusal of service requests and the setting of their prices, in compliance with applicable law.

To complete their registration, the Provider agrees to supply accurate, complete and up-to-date information, together with the documents required to verify their identity and, where applicable, their professional activity — in particular a valid identity document (CIN, passport or residence permit), their professional information and the certifications, authorisations or qualifications required depending on the nature of the services offered.

Taking out professional liability insurance is recommended.

In the event of three consecutive rejections of the identity verification procedure due to non-compliant, incomplete or inaccurate documents, TASKIT. reserves the right to permanently block the Provider's account.

The information and documents collected as part of this verification are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection law.

The service contract is concluded directly between the Client and the Provider; TASKIT. is not a party to this contractual relationship. TASKIT. acts exclusively as an intermediation and matchmaking platform.

TASKIT. may award the Provider badges or levels (for example “New” or “Verified”) based on the status of their account, their verification and their history on the platform.

These badges are for information purposes only and in no way constitute a guarantee by TASKIT. as to the quality, reliability or performance of the services offered by the Provider.

Bookings:

The Provider is free to accept or decline any booking request. The booking becomes firm once accepted by the Provider.

Skills and qualifications:

The Provider agrees to offer only services for which they have the skills, qualifications and experience required for their proper performance.

Performance of services:

The Provider is solely responsible for organising and performing the services they offer. They agree to work punctually, professionally and in accordance with the description of the offer and applicable Moroccan law.

Equipment and tools:

The Provider performs the services under their sole responsibility, using their own equipment, tools and any materials required. TASKIT. does not provide any equipment, tools or materials.

Liability:

TASKIT. exercises no power of direction or control over the performance of the services. The Provider remains solely responsible for the organisation, performance and consequences of their services, as well as for any damage that may result from their performance.

In the event of a complaint, TASKIT. may act as an intermediary to facilitate exchanges between the Client and the Provider. This intervention shall not engage TASKIT.'s liability nor substitute it for that of the Provider, who remains solely responsible for the performance of the service.

Complaints:

Any service concluded or performed outside TASKIT.'s intermediation is excluded from the platform's scope of intervention. Consequently, no complaint or request for assistance relating to such a service can be handled by TASKIT.

However, any complaint relating to the operation or use of the platform may be sent to the following address: support@taskit.ma.

Pricing:

The Provider unilaterally sets the price of their services when registering on the platform, in accordance with the applicable provisions.

The agreed price may not be changed after the booking is confirmed, except for duly justified additional costs or services. In that case, the Provider agrees to inform the client with full transparency and to provide the corresponding supporting documents (invoices or any other relevant document).

Use of the platform is free of charge for Providers.

During the launch phase (MVP), payment for services is made directly in cash between the Client and the Provider at the end of the service.

At the end of each service, the Client may give a rating and leave a comment about the service received.

Ratings and comments are intended to inform users about the experience and to foster trust within the platform.

TASKIT. may take these ratings into account to improve profile presentation, Provider visibility or the awarding of badges. These ratings are for information purposes only.

In the event of non-compliance with this Charter, the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, or in the event of any inappropriate behaviour, serious or repeated complaints, fraud, false information or any other serious breach, TASKIT. may temporarily suspend the Provider's access to their account or, depending on the seriousness of the facts, terminate it.

The Provider may request the closure of their account at any time, subject to the completion of the services and bookings already accepted.

The processing of the Provider's personal data is governed by TASKIT.'s Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, promulgated by Dahir No. 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009.

The Provider agrees to respect the confidentiality of any personal data to which they may have access in the course of their services. They may use it only for the purposes of performing the service, must not disclose it to third parties or use it for other purposes without the consent of the person concerned, and agree to comply with applicable personal data protection law.

The Provider must not retain Clients' personal data beyond the period strictly necessary for the performance of the service.

This Charter is governed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, Law No. 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures, Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data, as well as any other applicable legislative or regulatory provision.

For any complaint : support@taskit.ma

The parties may seek an amicable settlement of any dispute within thirty (30) days of the dispute being recorded.

Failing an amicable agreement at the end of this period, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts, subject to applicable public policy rules.

TASKIT. reserves the right to amend this Charter at any time to reflect changes in the platform, legislation or its services.

Any change will be notified to Providers in advance by any appropriate means (notification on the platform, email or any other means of communication). The new provisions will take effect on the date indicated in that notice.
