When you create an account on TASKIT., we collect the following information:

• Identity information : surname, first name, phone number, address, photo (optional)
• Identity documents : national identity card, passport, registration card (providers only)
• Professional information : professional title, skills, experience, services offered (for providers)
• Content you generate : task descriptions, offers, messages, reviews

We collect your personal data directly from you when you create an account, use our platform, request a service, communicate with us or interact with the features offered. Some data may also be generated through your use of the platform.

This data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• Enable you to identify, through our platform, the providers best suited to your needs.
• Connect clients and providers with a view to performing the requested services.
• Manage bookings.
• Create, manage and secure your user account, in particular for identification, authentication and management of your access to the platform.
• Moderate reviews published on the platform, prevent fraud, detect misuse and ensure the security of the platform.
• Improve the quality of our services, analyse the use of the platform, produce statistics and optimise the user experience.
• Comply with our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

The personal data collected is neither transferred, nor sold, nor disclosed to third parties for commercial prospecting purposes.

It is only transmitted to authorised recipients, strictly to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, in particular:

• To users of the platform, where this communication is essential for the matchmaking and performance of the services offered;
• To our service providers, acting on our behalf (in particular for hosting, maintenance or technical support), who are bound by an obligation of confidentiality and data security;
• To the competent administrative or judicial authorities, where this communication is required under a legal or regulatory provision, or in the context of legally initiated proceedings.

We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and security of the personal data we process.

To this end, we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee a level of security adapted to the risks presented by the processing, in particular to prevent any unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access or processing of personal data.

We also ensure the availability, resilience and security of the information systems used for data processing, and limit access to duly authorised persons only, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Personal data is kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and processed.

Where applicable law provides for a retention or limitation period, the data is kept for the legally required period. In the absence of a specific legal provision, the retention period is determined with regard to the purpose of the processing and the needs related to its performance.

In accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

• Right of access : obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and access the data concerning you.
• Right of rectification : request the rectification or updating of your data when it is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
• Right to erasure : request the deletion of your personal data.
• Right to object : object to the processing of your personal data.

This privacy policy may be amended at any time to reflect legal, regulatory or technical developments or changes in our data processing practices.

Any change takes effect upon its publication on the platform. In the event of a substantial change, we will inform you by any appropriate means, in particular by email or by a notice published on our platform.

Your personal data is hosted in Morocco (AWS Wavelength infrastructure, Casablanca). Some third-party services we use, only with your consent collected through the cookie banner, may nevertheless involve a transfer of data to the United States:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — audience measurement and usage statistics;
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., data processed by Meta Platforms, Inc.) — measurement of the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

These transfers rely on your prior and explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the Platform's cookie manager, and are carried out in accordance with Law No. 09-08. Apart from these services, no personal data is transferred outside Morocco, except for encrypted backups hosted in France (AWS, Paris region), which cannot be read without the encryption key held exclusively by TASKITEC MAROC.
